It's a Warrtalon Xmas (part 3)

HUGE THANKS TO BUSCHUR RACING AND FORGE MOTORSPORTS!

Heh, Xmas never ends! Here's the next round of mods awaiting install:

Here's everything in one pic along with my pup: Buschur Air Filter Kit, Forge Wastegate Actuator, and an Ebay stainless steel o2 housing...

Close-up

Ebay O2 from Buschur, which is being installed in place of the stock ported/coated o2

Um, wow, I couldn't believe how much more open space there was in this o2 vice stock!

O2 comparison (Stock left/Ebay right)

Forge Wastegate Actuator Top

Forge Wastegate Actuator Side

The plan is to install the Forge WGA along with the Ebay O2, Buschur ported/coated stock exhaust manifold and Buschur ported/coated 10.5 hotside all at once. I have the red spring on the WGA, which is 19-24psi, and I will try to set it at 20psi. I will then use the soft spring in my Forge MBC to set the 93oct boost at 22psi and expect it not to taper much at all, even after 7000rpm. I will then dyno in this manner on Sunday without retuning yet. Sunday night when Al shows up, I will get retuned for all of this AND with my SMC alky kit active with boost at 25psi and the BR filter installed.

Then, I'll be looking for a track on the 21st/22nd.

^ +1 or a reflash if your changing from a k&n cone filter to bushur air filter. I've been looking into changing my filter the Bushur, I want to make sure it won't mess up my flash....

So Warrtalon, can we look for a review of the ebay O2 housing? If you did one, I would be very interested in reading the results.
Thanks

If you're just changing the filter you won't need a reflash.

Yes, that's why I'm doing it, so that I can show if Dave's results with the Ebay o2 on his RS will show up on my MR with basic mods. I will be dyno'ing Sunday to see where I stand after all of this is installed. Keep in mind that I never yet installed the ported stock o2, because with Dave's agreement, I decided to just wait on him to send me the Ebay o2 to install in place of the stock ported o2. My results on Sunday will show combined gains of all 3 exhaust parts (o2/mani/10.5).

Do you have a current dynochart of your car as it sits right now before you put all these parts on and dyno them?

Unfortunately, I don't. My last dyno was a week before I got my mail-in flash, but we haven't had a dyno day since then. Here is where I was with my own SAFC tune on 93oct. So, the difference between then and now is a flash in place of the SAFC:

It doesn't show RPM, because the signal was all messed up on the TBE run. this is also why the tq reading looks messed up on the TBE tq curve.
