FAQ for Affiliate/Vendor Program

CONTACT US
Contact Mitsubishi Affiliate/Vendor Program headquarters toll free at (877) 386-8754.

BUYING PROCESS

What is the process of buying a vehicle under the program?
At the menu, or in the introductory paragraph, click the "certificate information" link. Follow the directions of entering your name, address, etc., click the submit button and click to download the eligibility certificate and calculation form. Take these forms into the dealer of your choosing. This alerts the dealer that you are an Eligible Purchaser under the program. You will need to show the dealer your company I.D. or a recent paycheck stub. Once you have chosen a new Mitsubishi vehicle to purchase or lease you and the dealer will fill out these forms together. You are to see and sign the invoice of the vehicle you purchase. The dealer is to abide by the calculation form so there is no negotiating.
How do I view program pricing and/or available rebates?
At the top menu, click on "build & price", click on the appropriate Mitsubishi model to view pricing under the program. Then go to back to the beginning left-hand side menu and choose rebates to view current available special financing or rebates.

PRICING/FINANCING
How much of a discount do I get?
You, the Eligible Purchaser, can purchase or lease a new Mitsubishi vehicle at 3% over Dealer Cost, less Holdback and Dealer Flooring Assistance.
Do I have to pay the destination fee?
Yes, the destination fee is non-negotiable. This fee is subject to change without notice.
How do I find out about special leasing and financing programs?
Your authorized Mitsubishi Motors dealer will explain finance options that are available to you through the dealership, including special programs (if any) available from Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA). You may also secure your own financing or pay cash.
Are there any special rebates available?
Vehicles sold under the program are eligible for rebates that may be in effect at the time of delivery. Applicable rebate amounts are available through Mitsubishi's Affiliate/Vendor website or from any Mitsubishi Motors Dealer. PLEASE NOTE: If a special MMCA financing program is used by the affiliate/vendor employee to finance their purchase, they will NOT be eligible for the customer rebate.
How do I place a factory order?
Factory orders MUST be submitted in writing, via e-mail, in full vehicle spec detail (model, price-line, factory option group, exterior and interior colors and delivering dealer information) to Affiliate@mmsa.com. Factory orders can take up to 8 to 12 weeks for delivery. If you choose to modify or cancel your factory order, that also must be submitted in writing to Affiliate@mmsa.com as soon as possible.
If I place an order with the factory, can I get the current finance program?
Due to the lead-time required to process a factory order there is no guarantee that the current special leasing/finance program/rebates will be in effect at the time you take delivery of your new Mitsubishi vehicle. Financing programs change frequently.

ELIGIBLE PURCHASER
Can my family/friends use the eligilibility certificate?
No, only current, full-time employees of authorized vendor companies (as outlined in the official program rules) can purchase new, unused 2003, or later model year, Mitsubishi vehicles under the program.

DEALER
Can I buy a used vehicle under this program?
No, this is a “new” vehicle purchase program only.
Can I trade-in my current vehicle?
Yes. However, your Mitsubishi Motors Dealer will determine the trade-in value of your vehicle. You are not obligated to accept that price as a condition of your new vehicle purchase. You are, of course, free to sell the vehicle on your own. Any decision regarding vehicle trade-in value, terms, etc. is strictly between you and the dealer.
What if the dealer and I don't agree on the price of the new vehicle?
The calculation form is simplistic and self-explanatory. Should problems arise, please contact MMNA's Affiliate/Vendor toll free number at 877/386-8754 for assistance.

Also here is the link to the certificate that id have to fill out, its a PDF file. The fee to the dealer is 500 not 200 my mistake. In portlant we do not pay sales tax. So there is no tax as long as i have a portlant license and have it delivered to a portland dealer. Why are you guys so vicious? lol I didnt post here attempting to stary a war or anything just asking if those prices were "good"

P.S. The factory in IL is not where the evo is manufactured! In fact almost all Evo's come into port in LA! Just a thought!

if you can get an evo at this price than good for you and do it quickly. I don't know why you are working so hard to justify this amazing deal to any of us, we're just jealous who cares if no one believes you or not, just buy it before the deal is gone....too bad you couldn't hook us all up with one too. Maybe they would wonder why MMNA sales jumped so dramatically first quarter of 06.

The factor is in bloomington IL (im currently here on business with statefarm since the corporate office is here in bloomington as well). I would have to fill out the paperwork, and take it on or mail it too the dealer with some sort of payment for the car, and id have to wait almost 2 months to get it. I wouldnt post up bs. There is a mitsubishi partners website with a specific pass code and username to access the exact pricing and forms that you need. Ill copy a screen print here shortly
In this passage you imply that you will be getting your car direct from the factory! I was just pointing out that you would most likely be getting your car from port in LA! By the way, buy the dang car already! I can not even buy one that cheap and I sell these for a living! Good deal! Hope it works out! Let me know if you find a way to get me 20 at that price! LOL! I will make you rich!
