That is why here in sunny (READ: RAINY) Miami, Florida I switched to the BFG KDW-2s. I sacrificed a little for the dry but the wet is wicked sweet!

I had my rear end kick out some getting onto a wet on-ramp today. Scared me a little bit but it wasn't too hard correcting. Most people make the mistake of over correcting (ie: the Mustang in that other video posted).

Back end gets out from him and starts to steer the car right, he countersteers too much to the left and the car spins out. Sounds like he keeps his foot in the gas the whole time too which didn't help any.

how bad are the stock EVO tires in the rain?
and are the Evo 8 and 9 equiped with the same tires?

the advans are awesome in the rain if it is not too cold out. It sounds like you over-reacted quite a bit with the controls when you felt that the backend was coming or about to come out.
