cops in Wa dont do anything for exhaust... Hell, the legal system is so jacked up my attorney even got me out of a carpool violation!

 

I don't understand how you guys can tolerate it. How many cars has the Governator had crushed from alleged street racing incidents?

We are probably one of the last states left with 93 octane gas, no emissions or vehicle inspections, no nothing. The cops don't care about loud exhaust, mods, etc. All you have to do is avoid being a douche behind the wheel and they'll pretty much let you go 10-15mph hour over the posted limits.
