Magnaflow Ti 3" neckdown?

I searched and found differnt answers.

Does the Magnaflow Ti catback neckdown at the flange to 3" or is it less then that?

Magnaflow welded on a neck-down flange to bolt up to the stock cat. This neck down flange is smaller than 3 inches.

You can see it in the pic.

Also FWIW the Greddy Ti does NOT neck down, the HKS Carbon Ti does, the TurboXS does NOT. Just some of the exhausts Ive tried recently.
