Which standards does the EVO meat so it can be run in the USA. I know the lights are different but is there anything else?

Any info would be
The UK versions are of different than the other European countries keep that in mind too, for example other than UK, those countries have single reverse light, whilst UK have dual and also UK models are known as FQ's , unlike in other European countries and USA and other regional specs they are known by the trims names such as GSR, MR, RS, SSL, and SE editions were only for USA specs I believe, then there are people who have given unofficial trim names such as MR RS, MR SE etc., all are having different horsepower outputs, cosmetics interiors and wheels options, optional features, there air-conditioning system are different,

In short alot to finds the difference, here and there, rear wiper came with USA and canadian specs only
