Dual BOV Setup
Ok, I somehow got a HKS SSQV and a Greddy Type RS on hand atm. Wanna try and install them "Both" together. See if this will work on both performance + VTA sound for those of you who wants bling bling bling but dont wanna stall stall stall.
My questions to you tech genius: What is going to happen on this setup? does anyone of you actually done this before? if so, whats the result? Please, I need inputs from you guys and any info is helpful. Thanks.
This is just a testing, please dont pollute this topic thanks.
Pic one. HKS SSQV + VTA on the PIPE. And Greddy Type RS with recirc kit (stock setup).
Pic two. Close-up on where the HKS SSQV is going to be. simply replace the black hose with a SS pipe and BOV VTAs on it.
Thanks for your time.

Well, IMO Warrtalon is a nice guy with good info and tech help. And I already said this isnt a Rice going stuff. Just somehow I got both of BOVs and wanna give it a try. And if this goes good, Great news for those who wanna go sound + no stall. If this goes bad..... THEN FOR THOSE WHO WANNA PSSHHHAAA OR PPPHHHHIIINNNGGG.... go buy another car.
=) and if you wanna see drama? turn on your TV

the same thing is gonna happen
You are not gonna get enough air back into the intake because the air pressure will release at the HKS and not enough pressure will make it to the greddy for it to even open.
You'll have all the bling that you want but the greddy isn't gonna do a damn thing. At least not on a stock turbo...
Sell the HKS and just use the greddy.

don't waste the time, I could see if you had some massive drag turbo on there, but most of the turbos that are put on the car only need a 1 good BOV and a wastegate. Due yourself a favor and do not VTA, as said up above sell the HKS and use the greddy with the recirc kit.

its not gonna work...unless you have a big turbo and are running really high boost. Yes they have been done on Evos before but the evos that were running dual BOVs were running like 35-45psi and i've never seen 1 recric and 1 vta. its usually both vta because the cars are usually running a standalone ECU. Boost Solutions Evo that was running a HKS T51r SPL was running 2 HKS SSQ bov's on their car. both VTA

no offense but this is one of the stupidest ideas that I have ever heard of, in my entire life. A blowoff valve is not to make sound!!! these type of people should get their license revoked!
