for thoose with egt gauge

My autometer "pyrometer"/ egt gauge seems to be reading high im wondering what evryones average temps are????in fourth gear cruising im around 1300 and just a little more on the highway. Just want to make sure evrything is running alright. thannks for any input

sounds right to me.

I run about 740c to 780c while cruising on the highway which is approx 1360F to 1430F.

It depends where you placed the probe...
It depends what units your 1300 refers to... I'm guessing F.

I'm sure a search can help you, I recall several "what is your EGT reading" threads from the past. Here is one from using:
