I was driving today and all of a sudden my wiper fluid came on and wouldnt stop, then a couple minutes later the wipers came on and wouldnt stop and still havent stopped. The rear fluid also came on for a few mins as well. What on earth could cause this besides demons???????

have to agree that that is the most funniest thing ive heard of in awhile.
in a way to help, have you messed with your car at all, put in an aftermarket radio, or an alarm with remote start or something. if so check all your wires to see if one was worn open. if not, call mitsubishi and tell them your evo is possessed!

you either have a bad connection in the wiper lever on the steering wheel, or your control module is bad.
I just had to replace the wiper control module on another vehicle (Isuzu) because the "intermittent" feature quit working. Funny thing, the wiper control and alarm control were all in the same box that I had to replace. At least the alarm wasn't going off! It was about $230 on the Isuzu, no idea how that price translates to the Mitsu.

I have a radio but ive had that well over a yr. I guess over time it could have worn something but it just seems odd. Worst thing for me is the nearest mitsu dealer is well over a hour away.

It just so happens it started pouring here about a hour ago. Im on the eastern shore of maryland so the nearest dealship is either in dover de or somewhere near baltimore i suppose. Either way its a one or two hour ride. Theres no good performance shop here. All i got is a midas . I have mods so im sure a dealership would be less than thrilled or even look at my car. ONLY ME!!
