I would say its an intermediate sound cause its not quiet but doesn't make any irritating vibrations in the car. It has impeccable fit though and great quality i would definately recommend it

I have an 06 MR and I can assure you it sounds awesome with the catback, think of 3x's louder than stock, no rasp, no popping when off the throttle, a very nice sounding rumble when partial throttle, but sounds awesome when WOT, not ricey at all.
As others have stated I will also need to buy some bolts and spacers to fix the slight rub on the crossmembers, easy fix and totally happy with the exhaust, fit like a glove, took me about 3 hours in my garage.
