Does anybody know who tuned this 700 HP EVO

Does anybody know who tuned Scotty Cranmer's 700HP EVO VIII. He's a Pro BMXer from NC. 700HP EVOs are rare and I'm trying to find out who tuned it.

I have heard of him once, Dint know he had a Evo, Thats cool, They should do a MTV cribs on him.
