new evo IX
Its finally here. Picked up my TB Evo IX tonight from Prestige Mitsubishi in Turnersville, NJ. I had to wait for them to flat bed the car from Mass. What the manager at the dealership told me was that there were only 3 base black IX's available in a region from Maine down to Maryland and out to Pittsburgh. The day I signed the papers for them to get the car, 1 of the cars got sold, the 2nd had a deposit on it and the 3rd was mine . Got the car for $29700 + tax & tags. The car had 22 miles on it when I picked it up tonight but at the end of the night has just over 80. Cant wait til I get it broken in so I can really feel what its got. Already I can tell its amazing. Will take pics in the morning but just wanted to start my thread.

the dealership was good, they gave me a good deal and did a good job of making sure I was informed about the location of my car while it was in transit. Would definately recommend my salesman to someone in my area looking for a car

I bought 2 Evos and a VW from Prestige. I drive all the way from PA to purchase cars there as the customer service is great and there are never any hassles. Too bad they are not closer so I could service my cars there too....

well my mom wakes up this morning and tells me that she finds something on my car....on the front bumper on the bottom on the lip there are two marks on each side where it looks like the flat bed truck driver didnt use anything to protect the bumper from the chains. Two gouge(sp) marks in each side of the bumper. Called and spoke with the salesman and he said they would see what they could do since they didnt notice it. I said "yeah your going to replace the bumper no questions asked".
there are 3 more marks like this one.
...and to end on a good note
driving this car is like being with a girl for the first time, oh so tight and oh so sweet

1.) fix the car quickly and at no cost and Prestige can count on a referral for years to come or
2.) drag this process out and you'll make sure the entire Evo community of current owners and prospective Evo buyers stays away from Prestige

wow, you got an awesome deal! My dealer wouldn't budge when I tried to haggle $32,989. He said that was MSRP! How did you get $29,700 when the invoice price is $29,593? That means that the dealer didn't make much from that deal.
