i have an hks carbon ti and love the angled look, however it does add performance as well since it entails less bends in the exhaust, but go with what you like, not what others like.

It's custom with a Megan downpipe/muffler. Haven't dyno'd it but the exhaust provided a huge power gain.

I like the straight look. I've got the HKS Kansai Street Spec. It doesn't get much more JDM than that.

One more 45 degree bend in 3" tubing 12.5 ft away from the turbo is not going to make any appreciable difference in performance.

Did you get 3" piping all the way down from the DP to the muffler? With just one bend, from the looks of it. For a custom exhaust, that's very nice. Do you have a link to where that muffler and dp can be had from? Thanks man.

I don't know about that.

Where in Charlotte are you located? I'm in CNC too.

Thanks, but.......that's certainly not the muffler you're running. (CF with heated tip)

I'm actually in Concord but, no one knows where that is.

You don't know about the extra bend or my exhaust?

definetly angled, there are more bends in a straight exit exhaust, and the reason manufacturers angle exhaust is for less restriction!!! plus it looks better in my opinion.....

Angled exhaust burned a hole in my bumper when strapped down on the dyno. Straight all the way. that extra little bend will make 0 difference in real performance...
