Ciggarette lighter not working

I have searched and I havent found which particular fuse is for this... anyone know which one it is (pretty sure its interior fuse box).

It should have a picture of a cigarette to help you locate it, can't remember if they are in the interior though. I know they have little pictures on the underhood fuse box. Sorry, I guess I am not a big help haha

The owner's manual tells you which fuses are for what. It has a chart.

i lost the owners manual... and yea its connected but so is my turboxs wideband display and radar detector...

nope... im away at school and have almost no tools... and less money. So if someone could maybe look in your owners manual.. pretty please?

It's in the passenger compartment fuse block location, number 9. Second row, third from the left. 15 amps.
