from what i heard, the rookies begin with those funny little 40 hp cars, and the top guys get the good stuff.

what i would give to get arrested and driven to the police station in a skyline...

When I was there (okinawa Japan) in the 90's the police had fast cars too ( skylines and sylvias)...but they still couldnt keep up with the skilled street drivers. Most of the drivers had no fear, but the police drove with safety in mind and 98% got left.
