atlantic motor sports in md
just wanted to thank the guys at atlantic motor sports in maryland ,i called there to get some minor parts installed on short notice i drove three and a half hours to get my boost controller /boost gauge and fuel pump they did it all in a hour, and going back in two weeks for the better half of the mods installed would defnitly recommend to anyone in the dc/md/va area go check them out .oh almost forgot come to find out i thought i had a chepo exhaust and they told me i had a jic titanium exhaust so the almost 8 hours i spent on the road was def worth it .

You can always count on Atlantic Motorsports to take care of you and do a great job, but I can't imagine why in the world you'd drive that far when you can do all that stuff for free where you live. There's a bunch of DcEvo guys down towards Roanoke who would have done it or showed you how. Live and learn, eh?

Um, yeah, but those are basic mods with full write-ups on here that the majority of us install all the time. It's not rocket science. I like being able to rely on a shop 2 miles from me, but 3.5 hours? Holy crap, haha.
If your fuel pump fails or something, that's gonna be a long tow to Gaithersburg. That's not a real worry as much as it is an observation.

I wasn't just trying to save gas, but also the cost of installation. Plus, knowing all the other DcEvo guys in your area is very helpful, because then you know you have guys you can turn to for help whenever you have issues or questions. It's a lot better than having to rely on a shop so far away, so I still suggest getting to know those guys by joining the DcEvoClub, if you haven't already.
