you are used to the power now so you think it is geting slower. Can you go without driving the car for a week or two? If you can then when you drive it after the pause you will feel how fast it is.

Mine felt same way, but now I see boost hit 20psi and I am like boring. I did comp test last week 180 straight thru and I swaped plugs.. as boost goes up the rpms take a while in a low gear so i am thinking it may be clutch 33k on stock evo 8 clutch
