You should have no problems. Even if you do get ticketed that will be a fix-it that you can throw the stock one back on, take a picture and get cleared by the court.

I'm not sure which poll option to pick, none of the answers apply to me.
...at least 5 years
... at least 10 years
EVOs have only been out in the US for 3 years.

Anyway, 3 years, no tickets with my cat delete.

whoops I hadnt thought about that... since the evos been out in the asia for 10 years.. Im from Korea, and modification to any vehicle is illegal but they all do it without tickets..

Well just any cars would do fine since lot of owners of evo may had another turbo vehicle in the past

Cat delete is a federal offense. the fine is stiff. I never got one. I can't participate in the poll. I'm not sure this thread even makes sense to be a poll.

I almost got fined twice, but both times I told them that my exhaust came with a silencer but the box said I wouldnt need it since it meets the legal DB noise requirement. I love rookie cops, easy to get away without getting a ticket. I made up some bs about legal DBs and etc and they let me go lol.

I'm really thinking about going catless, my car is registered in louisiana and i know they could'nt care less on inspection there, but i go to school north of dallas and the cops really look at fast cars around here, so i'm worried about getting written up, anyone catless around denton area with some advice?

becareful with that, not having a cat is a state and a federal offensive! If you ever get the wrong cop, it will be a hefty little fine!
