Have you changed anything else? There's no reason you'd only boost below 1 bar after a flash.

You mention "took it around the block". Did you let the engine warm up for a little while? I remember when I first put my boost gauge in and it only registered 12psi for the first few miles in cold weather, I thought I'd screwed something up...

try unpluging the outside 2 connections on the ecu harness or unhook the battery to reset the ecu to see if that solves anything

i thought about that too its just before i took the ecu out it would boost up to 21psi no problem and the car didnt move until i parked it and nothing changed other than it not boosting right. everything sounds normal and it doesnt sound like there is a boost leak i checked the pipes i could then it started raining but im 99% sure there isnt a boost leak

Well how does the car feel? Does it feel any different now compared to when it was stock? Because its a night and day difference when I got dynoflashed.

its feels like its gonna be faster but the turbo doesnt spool up...if that makes sense

i can punch the gas and right up until it stops climbing on boost it feels like it pulls more but as soon as it hits .8 bar it just falls on its face

are you using the greedy spec 2 ebc? When you first start up the car you have to interact with the unit before it will use your boost settings. Failsafe at 14psi when first turned on. Just a thought.
