Are you kidding me? 95% of the parts that fits the Evo 8 fits the Evo 9 as well, just about everything can be found. What are you looking for?

I have both Evos (8 and 9) and I find difficult to decide when I am shoping, I found that there are just too many vendors selling parts.. in other words, the total opposite of what you are claiming, so, what are you talking about?

You also mentioned you are looking for basic mods, I am assuming exhaust, air filter MBC. Any vendor has those parts, just look.

Yeah, not sure what you mean either. You don't need parts specific for the IX - it's the same car still. It only has a few changes that require new parts to be fabricated - mainly the intake cam.

My preferred package for the IX is in my sig. Click on the link to see what the simple stage 1 for the IX includes, yet how fast and cheap it is.

Hes Probably new to the Evo World...That's why he asked. People that hasn't done research or owned one will be skeptical of what to get if the Actual name of the car is not on the part....

Please don't get the SSQV. There is absolutely NO REASON to get it. I can't understand why people keep trying to push that issue. It's like the SSQV has a tractor beam on it or something that keeps newbies constantly wanting to buy it. Leave it alone - your stock BOV is great.

As I told the thread originator, all you need for mods is in my sig. Anything is frivolous until you're ready to go bigger...
