The Injen UICP cleared the stock battery just fine. But if you're willing to fork out some extra cash, I say go for a mini battery kit (either Buschur or AMS), and get one of their UICP kits. I ended up opting for the AMS mini battery kit with their UICP and it cleared up a lot of room in the engine bay. Oh well, just my 2 cents.
