Bad vendor around here

It is not me that is dealing with you Z1, it is an USA resident person. He will pay directly for you, not me. I can't see any risk here.
Let's see in this way:
My friend wants to buy this kit for his Evolution, you sell - he pays - done - SIMPLE.
Imagine for one moment that I didn't contact you and my friend started a negotiation... at this time he would be preparing the shipment for me, and you would be with US$900,00 more.
I tried to make the things easier.

this is really getting out of hand - I've stated the policy countless times to you via PM, I've now stated it here. I do not understand why you keep trying to negotiate something that is not up for negotiation - maybe that comes off as being too harsh, but we have stated the reasons already
You are not making things easier, you are making it harder - the policy is what it is.
I suggest you contact Enrique at Crazy4Cars Racing - he is in Panama

If you've got the money, why don't you just wire it? Simple. Why all the cloak and dagger?
I mean honestly, if you can't abide by the store policy, there are plenty of other stores, as you listed, that will do business with you and take your international credit card, as you've stated. You have to understand that business is business and Z1 stated up front that initial international orders are wire-transfer only.
The fact that you're adding your US resident friend into the mix adds even more question marks to the deal as well. For one thing, he wants to pay by credit card and he's also never ordered anything from Z1. Can you say 'chargeback risk'?
You have to understand that Z1 is simply limiting it's exposure to fraud (which is very prevalent in international orders) and it is a very sound business practice. You can't knock them for trying to protect their interests. Z1 has an outstanding reputation here and on many other different enthusiast boards and you won't find many people who are quick to join your bandwagon to rise against them.
Be it as it may, this is one of the great things about an open market... you have a wide variety of choice available to you and if you don't like the first one, you can always go to another. But in your moment of unhappiness with what Z1 had to offer you, you made the error of putting up a thread such as this. You see, these threads have a way of being a double edged sword. In your attempt to try to 'expose' a bad vendor, you have also showed other vendors that you are a potential sketchy customer that they might not feel too comfortable about doing business with.
Have to love the internet.

What you're saying here does not match up with what the customer wants to do.
He never wanted his friend to pay for it and then have you ship it. His friend was going to ship it.
You're basically saying that your policy does not allow someone to sell parts that they brought from Z1 Performance. You would not be dealing with the international customer at all plain and simply.

This is done to protect against fraud, and chargebacks, and is not a personal statement against you, your friend, or anything of the sort. As I explained, once we have a few transactions under our belt together, perhaps we would accept a credit card from you directly - but we certainly cannot and will not do it on the first transaction.
We used to be fairly carefree about accepting transactions like this, but we have been burned more times than I care to remember, so unfortunately, that is the genesis of the policy.
Again, it's a case where a few bad apples have spoiled the bunch, but unfortunately, that is the way it is.

Z1 has stated their company policy. If you don't agree, then please choose other companies that do not have a similar policy. There is nothing else to discuss and thread closed. Thanks.
