400 whp max on 91 octane
If the max hp on 91 oct is 400whp and if I have an evo 9, then there is no point of buying a new turbo kit ie gt3540 or 50 if I choose not to run alky kit, methanol, race fuel. Correct?

jun evo ix in the modified magazine made 409whp i think with just turboback, intake, pump, injector, and cams ...and of course tunning
