no start, no constant 12v.
03 Evo, while stripping a wire during a turbo timer install, I accidentaly moved the harness and sparked the large blue/white wire to the ignition switch harness. I no longer have constant 12v, checked all the fuses near the left knee area and under the hood in the drivers side fuse compartment, all were fine.
Here are the symptoms:
- no ignition lights or sound
-does not crank
-no fuel pump
-no dash lights
-clock, nor radio
-no odometer
-no power windows
What does work:
-headlights
-door locks
-interior dome light
-headlight chime, key in
My only lead so far is this,
did a search and found this thread : https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...wiring+diagram
In it, the first wiring diagram shows a "junction block (C-211)"
toward the middle bottom it shows the picture of the 6 wire connector.
Can anyone tell me where to find it?
Are there any other fuses located in the vehicle?

not to throw salt on an open wound but why didnt you spent the 15-20 bucks on the harness?
I dont know, but I wonder if there is some kind of fuse like when you wire up an amp. I forget the name of it but in one of my older cars (87cutlass) I had the same problem. I had to run a toggle switch to get power to the ignition just to start the car. It was a great safety feature but not something I would want to do to my evo.
Ill try and do a little research to help you out.
good luck.

Just as stock said, i was looking for power to solder in an accessory wire on the turbo timer harness when it touched.
mdesi, the type of fuse/circuit you described is very similar to what I'm looking for. Basicly 1 or 2 fuses located somewhere other than the two usual locations. If it does exhist would most likely be a bit hidden for security purposes.
Might even be some kind of security circuit breaker that just needs to be reset.
I know Mercedes has a component locator program where you just type in the component or part # and it shows where it is on the car does anyone have this kind of program for Mitsu?
