Boost gauge on MR

Boost gauge on MR
I did a search and I couldn't find any answers for my question so here we go.
I have no idea how to read that boost gauge on my new MR. Can anyone explain to me how it works? I feel dumb lol..

It's in bar. You convert it to psi. Here's a place that does it for you:

but the stock boost gauge sucks
go aftermarket for easier reading and better looks
