Some catbacks are too close to the undercarriage and this places the O2 sensor too close when using the spark plug antifoulers. My car is one for example. You can NOT use 2 of the antifoulers with it and still get the O2 sensor installed. I made a custom one that makes 1 antifouler act like 2 and got it to fit, but it hits underneath the car sometimes at idle and when running the car hard. I dont like the fact that it is so close to the undercarriage of the car, so I intend to use one of the electronic simulators now. So the spark plug anti fouler works 100% of the time, but sometimes it is not the best solution.
BTW, my catback is a Greddy Evo 2. FYI, I had a Greddy titanium and both anti foulers worked fine with it.

I have the perrin o2 sim and Perrin test pipe and no check engine lights, it works fine, make sure you wire it up correctly! Just follow the instructions that came with it, you still need to have the 2nd o2 sim hooked up and plugged in for it to work properly.
