Maybe take an old sock with a little amount of simichrome and buff your knob.

last resort you could talk to a doc about getting a knob transplant...

if some dude's wife can cut his off and they can put it back on... imagine what they could do with a new one!

I would get some mothers metal polish. It is like 15 bucks but its great stuff. I used it on my old aluminum knob. Its a little messy and u have to do it at least once a month. Good luck.

you could just leave the sock on your knob at all times.

Female saliva does the trick as well. It cures any knob problems.

yeah, definitely let me know if your mother's knob polishing feels good to you after it's done- it's all about feel as far as knobs go..hopefully your mother's job can get your knob to look and feel like it once did! if you like your mother's knob job, make sure to send me some too!
