ok mines reads about 21hg. But when the car is turned off its one dash below 0. Its a defi d gauge i think my gauge is bad anyhow becuase stock 05 evo wot boost should be about 21 right? mine is just hitting at 19 and tapering off to 15. Ive got it tapped at the vacuum line comeing from my blowoff valve which i did with the autometer i had it and read correct so i dont think thats the problem where i have it tapped. Im going to get ahold of works tomorrow and see if they can swap it out for me. Do you guys think i might have a bad gauge specially since it doesnt read 0 when its turned off??

Im in NorCal, my Vac at idle is 19-21 inhg. Is that normal for me or is something wrong? I have a Defi BF boost gauge. Also it spikes to around 24-25 inhg when I let off the gas...normal?

There are a lot of things that affect vac at idle AFR, cams, timing. The cammed cars running factory ECU's will have weaker Vac, timming at idle is 7 to 10. Up the timming alittle and the vac would come back alittle. Vac at idle really isn't important as long as the car idles strong and doesn't stall.
