Calculating Whp from Flywheel horsepower

Hey guys had my car dyno the other day and with an intake and a tb abd test pipe I was making 300 to the crank.
What would that calculate to in whp.
Also does that power seem right for my mods.

take 20% out. or was it 25% for drivetrain loss.

no tune? that's pretty weak, but i'm sure you're pig rich with lean spots without tune.

depends on dyno too.

AWD standard is 24%, but I think the evo has a 18% loss

How did you get dyno numbers at the crank? That doesn't make any sense.

If you put it on a dyno, it would have to be whp. A lot of dyno sheets that shops give you will say flywheel hp but its not. Unless you got the engine pulled...

It's only different if they take the engine out and dyno it. If it was put on rollers, then it's WHP. Maybe the numbers he got were corrected to reflect crank HP, but then that would mean the raw numbers (actual WHP) are available in the dyno computer.

It makes perfect sense if he used an engine dyno rather than the chassis dyno that we typically use.

I'm actually curious about this because I've spent some time over at lancerregister.com and noticed everyone likes to use BHP when talking about hp. I just assumed that people over there took the engine out of the car to dyno it, but it never made much sense to me due to all the extra work involved.

Do they not have many chassis dynos over there or something?

He asked a legit question, no need to freak out. I too would like to know the answer.
