He's probably using the race pipe instead of a cat. My CEL was on WITH a hi-flow converter until Buschur sent me the anti-fouler (it hasn't came on since). The o2 sensor hates freeflowing exhaust I guess
Of course it could be a real problem but since all parts were installed @ Buschur I would say that more than likely the cat (or lack of one) is causing the CEL.
