I was in Japan for 2 years and realized its the same as here. You have Japanese nationals who love JDM cars like here (USA) we have people who love V8 US cars. We love things that stand out like JDM. Some japanese love American "imported" stuff. Same sh*t, just on the other side of the world...makes sence I guesss.
