Does anyone know where or who offeres this service to the o2 housings?

Why would you want to do that? The divider keeps wastegate gas from disrupting the turbine gas to lessen back pressure. I understand that opening it up looks like it would flow more, but it just causes all kinds of turbulence when the wastegate opens. If you want a higher flowing O2, buy the E bay one.

it flows more, but flows better is a different story.
the division makes it flow faster and more efficient but once you get to a certain power level, it restricts the flow of gas.
I would check some of the local machine shops. they could probably do that at a reasonable price.
