no cameras, they should though. my car was broken into last year. and just recently, cars have been vandilized and stolen.
3000ways, yeah i said i didn't see them, and screw you. "our just trying to make an interesting story, and you notice how EVO IX and EVO VIII owners are feuding a little in another thread, so it had to be an EVO IX owner." im just letting people know what has happened. and i have know idea what "other thread" your talking about.
yeah it could of be some other guys in another dark four door.

good luck finding that glass, the reg lancer glass is thicker and there would need to be a hole bored for the wiper if no oem evo glass could be sourced.

I'm just saying why jump to conclusions? Is the security guard a regular, has seen your EVO on many occassions? Unless he or she is a complete tool, you would think they would be able to give you a better identification seeing that they see your car pretty much everyday and it is not like our cars are hard to notice. I mean unless the security station is complete utter darkness (which I doubt I don't understand why they couldn't give you a better identification. Also the lingering question in my mind is why would another EVO owner do that to your car, it really just doesn't make any sense, and to prove something that really doesn't make sense takes a lot more evidence than what you are providing. As far as I know, could have been a WRX or STi or sh*t even a Honda with a big *** spoiler, us EVO owners recieve enough hate from other jealous communities with their **** *** slow cars, why hate on each other for no apparent reason? Sorry I still think it was somebody else.

I don't know, still have my doubts on it being the IX, but anyways I wish you luck on getting your car fixed. If it turns out that it truly was another EVO owner then shame on that EVO owner, and if he visits this website, Karma mutherf*cker, it always gets you.

sorry to hear about what happened, but im with 3000ways on this one. if you dont have direct evidence then you cant just jump the gun. just because it was the first time anyone has seen another evo there doesnt mean that they were the culprits - what if they were visiting friends? so what's going to happen next, will you go and vandalize another gg evo ix around the area just so you can get "them" back? you'll just make this worse for yourself if you do e.g. http://www.socalevo.net/index.php?op...&topic=19608.0
like you said, if there arent many other evo owners around the area then it should be easy for you to track them down and talk to them: local meets/forum boards. if they show any sign of guilt or remorse or express snide remarks towards you about your car, then you could start going off of that. otherwise dont really make this an evo civil war.
