Considering brand new IXs that have about 50 more whp, front LSD, ACD, and a full warranty can be had for 27-30k, I can't see how you could even ask this question.

I would get a new evo IX for about 28K, or go for an 05 VIII.

Not all are the same, I was just thinking that 50whp difference between an 03 and an 06 would be completley wierd. But thanks, some useful info that I did not know

Ugh wtf, so me getting an 03 or 04 I'm screwing myself? The IX runs a high12 stock right, the VII's run a low low 13 stock? I never knew the EVO IX Dynos at 275whp when it's rated at 289 or whatever. And what is so much greater about an 05 over an 03 or 04 besides the features? Are they more reliable?

just sold my 03 with 11000 miles on it, a ton of mods for 22500, and it was very well taken care of.

26 is robbery...

That high see if they will take a couple grand off the price. As for the 03 vs 05 vs 06 thing they are all EVOs and they all make great power an 03 with like 1000 in parts will do circles around IX's all day. Then agian a IX with 1000 in parts and see you later.
