Is the MR worth the difference in price?

Stock WRX suspension blows, for sure. Glad to hear the MR doesn't give up anything in that "turn-in" department to the GSL I test drove. I was so sold on its handling, I abandoned the pursuit of the STI I also drove that day, and have even rationalized away the purchase of what I really want until the kids are out of college - 997 Carrera S. I got a test drive in one of those a few months ago and fell in love - but the EVO doesn't give up much to it, really! And, it's less than half the price.

IMHO, the '05 MR is by far the most confidence inspiring of all of the cars and will handle so well that it actually can make a so-so driver look good and feel good. I think that people who think that the MR's handling is inferior to a regular EVO are fooling themselves and have never driven the MR to compare.....
