NO! I purchased a 04 with SSL package, mint 22k miles, and about 8k worth of mods (cams, cam gears, engine manage, turbo kit, i/c pipes, BOV, fuel pump, injectors, EBC, downpipe, exhaust, cat delete) all from a dealership with 2 yrs left on factory warranty probly wont work if i need to use it though.......... for $25,000 out the door at a local dealership.........

Too much, but not surprised since it's being sold by a dealer. I priced mine back in the fall, contemplating selling it or trading it in, and at the time I had 19K miles on it. The value ranged from $22K - $25K retail, but watching many similar Evos sell on eBay, the selling prices were all around $20K, with miles between 15K - 35K.

that price is way too high.
Personally.... i would not buy a used Evo without knowing the previous owner. People drive these cars really hard for the most part. And even then a friend would never sell me a used car, and vice versa. If the car broke down, it would be too much of a problem between friends usually.

Not worthed it.. It would be if the miles weren't so high. I'm selling my Evo for the same price and i've only got 25K miles.. You could get another evo8 03-04 for the same price with lower mileage. I saw one a while back with only 14K miles for only $21K even.. I say, Keep looking... It's worth the wait, The longer you wait the more you save up for down payment and THE MORE IT DEPRECIATES..

I just bought my Evo IX RS 3 weeks ago for 27K. Mind you I had a trade in that was worth a couple K but for a liitle extra you can get a brand new one. And your payments will probally be not too much more. Plus the 2003 don't have a great history.

I would also say no, but if there were some reason you wanted to get it have a Mitsubishi dealer pull the service record for you. That would tell you if the warranty was voided for some reason in the past.
