What the heck is a fuel man? If you explain what that is, then maybe we can help.

If you're getting P0300, that's the most common problem of all Evo VIIIs (mainly 03/04). Please search to learn about that as it has been discussed ad nauseam.

The normal cause for misfiring is fouled plugs. The cheapest and quickest way to troubleshoot this is to go to Advanced Auto and get a set of 4 NGK BPR7ES plugs (#2023), gap them to .026, then slap 'em in. If the problem persists, we move on from there, but if you're getting P0300, then that's a known defect.

I just got the P0300 flash from the dealer. Haven't had an issue since.

It will get rid of your flash (if you had one) but getting rid of the flash was a good thing in my case

Fuel Management System. I have a emanage ultimate. I have checked the plugs and One was off and we corrected them gapping. It fixed the problem but two weeks later the problem came back. It is no longer the plugs. The fuel management system also has a custom tune but it is missfiring with outh that right now. What is the p0300 and all this flash stuff refferring too.

See this is odd, cause the car is running great right now. I was thinking maybe its the gas but its broke and fixed the problem on one tank of gas....

Are you running aftermarket wires or stock? Try switching back to your stockers if you're running magnecores or something. If you're on stock how many miles on the wires?

If you have a friend with another evo try their wires out real quick. Any time I've had similar problems it was due to worn out or damaged wires. Give it a shot if you can.
