forge mbc install?

well i got the mbc on but its only hitting 1 bar even when its turned all the way up. im tryin to hit 1.5 bars but for sum reason i adjust it and the psi dont go up. i have the hard spring in, and i checked my bov, and i also lubed the inside b4 i put it in, but could it be my tubing because they are sortof long and bend a couple differant ways?

did you zip tie the connections? i dont think that the length of the tubing would make that big of a difference, as long as its not pinched or twisted. just varify you have the right tubing going from the nipple of the mbc to the wastegate, and the right tubing from the mbc to the bov line or turbo nipple. let us know the outcome

make sure your tube isnt pinched...maybe you can shorten the tube..to long of a tubing can cause that. also, make it as striagh as possible.

Sounds more like he reused one of the stock hoses with a restrictor pill or he connected the hoses backwards. 1 bar is basically base wastegate pressure. If the boost isn't responding to MBC adjustments, then it's hooked up wrong.

Refer to my sticky on how to install a UNOS and and see:
1) If you hooked it up wrong , and
2) Don't tell me you re-used the stock hoses man

Im using differant hoses, but i found out that the bearing inside of it fell out so i put it back in. it was hitting boost very quickly but now it goes over 1.5 bars even when i have it turned all the way down. i think its because the lube rubbed off the bearing but not sure. is that what it is?
