How difficult is it to remove the mesh that covers the intercooler in the front? The black paint on that is starting to disintegrate. Plus, I want to straighten out some of the metal fins that have been whacked from rocks.

Get one of these for your aftermarket exaust manifold...works WONDERS


The heat shield defentley helps keep excess heat off of the radiator hose too.

Hey BADEVO, where did you get that exhaust manifold heat shield at? I myself have never seen that heat shield either, what's the price on that piece and where can it be purchased from?

LOL, Thanks for the props guys. A buddy of mine who worked on my car made the proto type then another friend who owns a machine shop made this one that you see. I was thinking of having him make a few more to see if folks were interested. Only problem is there are so many different exh manifolds out there.
