Oil pressure and oil temp followed by wideband O2 if you do your own tuning. Don't need EGT...

A regular AF gauge is useless. You would need an actual wideband o2 that comes with an AF gauge, then weld a bung into your downpipe. You won't need or use an EGT...don't bother.

Get oil temp and oil pressure gauges from Total D Power.

PLX M-300, Innovative LM-1, or Zeitronix. Honestly, I don't have a preference among those 3, but they all work. I personally would like the PLX R-500 with all the features.

what are your plans for the car? if you're not tuning yourself or playing with boost much, a wideband is useless too. if you're getting 3 gauges so they fill up the holes in the a-pillar pod you bought then just get whatever is cheapest. if you have plans for your car then get the gauges that coincide with those plans, i.e. if you do track/autox days then a water temp gauge is probably a good idea, etc... asking "what gauges should i get" is as good of a question as "which exhaust is best", there is no real answer

Oh, btw, I hope you aren't really running 25psi daily. You're not even tuned yet, but even with a tune, you can't run 25psi on pump gas.
