easiest way I found to do it was take the Metal Bracket and follow the HOW to...but when it gets to the part about mounting in the way they do it...I Totally smashed the Bracket Perfectly flat and there should be a hole on each side like an "H".top oe the "H" would be where I sandwiched and the bottom of the "H" would be where the Plate Mounts to.
It should be hanging like a "H" only FLAT on the top brackets instead of the "Z" shape.
I then used the 2 Threaded screws coming out of the cars trunk(that even pokes through the Plasic Trim and thn has a Capped screw to lock it all down) to Sandwich the Bracket between the bumper and the Trunks Frame.
IT was THE Perfect Level and is Not going anywhere.
ou still have to Drill out the spot welds on the bracket lik eon the HOW-To.
Kinda hard to explain...I never took pic's either so thats the best I can explain it.I couldn't make out teh DAMN how to because his pics are hard to tell which side is up and down.
