I would trade my IX with 3500 miles for an 06 STI with the same miles and condition.

Subaru pumps in way more money into the magazine than Mitsu for advertising. MT is a crappy biased rag for this reason... Do the math

those are never accurate... people ran a 12.7 stock in the IX.... 13.3 is pretty off... i hear from many many people the sti is much easier to launch so the 13.0 might be accurate or .1, .2 off

point is...cant argue which car is better because every1 has their preference that thats how life goes.... if we all did the same thing it would be a communist country...

Wow, you biased fools (some of you). This alone makes me not want to become apart of the Evo community, look at some of the mature posts you guys make. If it wasn't for the WRX/STi you wouldn't have your little Evo, and same applies to the WRX/STi. Get a grip and think before you start typing.

At the tree!

The only thing I have 2 say is, It was a great night at the tracks for the EVO's, As I stared at the tree awaiting him to stage, and everyone in the stands was up on their feet, I took a quick glance to the right just to see the fear in his eyes, As the light flickered green all I saw was his lights fading away in the rearview! STI's r a good platform, but not near the car as the EVO! That night we had 15 EVO's at the tracks with 3 ten second EVO's we were spanking vettes, vipors, chevys, stangs, grand nationals! Just doing our thing!
