I have a Greddy Counter-Weight

It's wonderful, feels a lot better than when I had that stupid leather one. Only bad this is that when its hot the shift knob gets really hot and I sometimes have to used a glove when I shift.

i have the razo 340 and it feels great. it does take a day or 2 to get used to it. just part of the actual shifter is exposed cus the knob doesnt cover the whole thing.

+1.

Just recently installed the Razo 340........the difference is very obvious. I like how it shifts now. Much more smoother and easier.

I have the greddy, I bought it from stikiller.com. The difference was amazing, I highly recommend one. For 38 bucks you will never miss a gear again. And it makes the shift feel smoother rather than notchy!

I love the feel of a weighted shift knob. The shifter has more momentum once you begin to shift. It makes the car shift alot smoother in my eyes. I have the Tenzo-R shift knob and it has two differant weigths so you can ajust.
