Love The New Mods....
OK, so I've had my 03 EVO for 2 years now, and I finally have done some things to it. Here's my list:
Works Exhale ABM
Works P2 reflash
MR Bilsteins
Works ride springs
Works rear bar
Enkei RPF-1s (17x8.5)
Croxx plate (not installed yet)
42 Draft Designs Guage kit (not installed yet)
I have had the wheels for about eight months. I also have the Works short shifter, and a new knob by Saikou Michi Co., which by the way is awesome. Some grounding wires and bushings under the shift cage in the car are the rest. I wanted to do a lot more, as I have been perusing this site forever looking at what everybody else has done to their EVO. But.....you know the deal, house and other stuff makes it low on the priority list sometimes. Impressions of the car so far....very nice ride, the stock KYBs are like riding on a forklift with solid rubber tires. I still need to get an alignment, as the springs lowered the car about an inch or so. Anyone can chime in on their opinion of the best settings for this set up if they know. I did put the arrows on the front "out" as well. Handling feels a bit more neutral with the sway bar on the middle hole, but I have not really pushed the car as of yet. I put all the parts on myself, which I would recommend if you are able to. Knowing as much about the car as possible is a good thing, and crawling around under it for a couple of days is a good way to learn. Just gotta say that I love the car as much as ever. Have fun all!!
