Track Time with minimal MODS
I got a 06 evo 9 MR, and went 13.1 at 105mph bone stock. I had a 1.9 sixty foot, which could be better. I dont want to void my warrenty so i bought a Apexi N1 Catback, K and N drop in airfilter, MBC set at 19psi. What should i expect to run with these mods? Will it make much of a difference? What else can i do with out voiding warrenty? I know the MBC voids it but its really easy to take off before warrenty work.

No, those mods won't make much of a difference. You set your boost lower than stock, and a cat-back gives very little power. The best thing you can do is to remove the MBC permanently and get a good flash. That will make it where you have no evidence of anything and don't have to uninstall/re-install the MBC each time. The flash will hold your boost at 21->19psi pretty well, which is better than you setting an MBC to 19psi anyway. With the flash, you'll gain more power than all current mods combined and for a lower price.

I didn't say it wasn't necessary. I said that for his situation and trying not to have any warranty issues, he should have done a flash instead of all those other mods, or at least a flash in place of the MBC. If the warranty issue is not a concern, then I recommend an MBC in order to have full control of the boost at all times in every situation. My suggestion to him was only based on his particular situation and the fact he has his MBC set lower than stock.

No, it is lower than stock. You're behind the times. 19psi was stock on 03/04s, but as of 05, our stock boost is 20.3psi. With an MBC, you can set your boost to 22-23psi on 93oct with a IX. You're just wasting your time at 19psi...
Yes, technically, a flash would void your warranty, but they will never know you have one.
