trying to achieve close to 400whp
i have a 9 mr i already have full turbo back, header, intake, and bov, and boost controller. im trying to achieve about 400 horsepower does anybody have any suggestions on what else i need to do i got about a grand to play with. Thanks for any suggestions.

I'd go with cams and a tune. Either way, cams and tune or alchy and tune.. get some ARP head studs for the higher boost.

cheapest MoTeC units available are thru Dentist Mapped for about $3200 not including 5 bar map sensor.
