Finally ordered an Evo!!!
Well, This is my first thread, and I wanted to wait until I actually settled up, and placed an order for my dream car!
It is a Apex Silver 2006 Evo IX, and the only options I added were the Vortex Generator (cause it looks cool, and actually works at high speeds), and the wheels locks.
It appears that everything has worked out in my favor, regarding finances, and my wife agreed that I should have an Evo. I have wanted one since the 03's hit the showrooms, and now I'm getting one!
I am so stoked right now, I just have this rediculous grin you know.
My dealers explained that the window for ordering IX's was about closed, and Mitsu would complete the orders, and ship them to the states. They told me that it will take approx. 2-3 months to get the car in, which will put me at the beginning of August for delivery at the latest.
Well, I just wanted to tell everyone my news, and how excited I am to be the future owner of one of the best performance cars in the world!

No, the dealer stated that they could not order any SE's. They knew they were getting one later in the year, but it was an MR SE... too much money for this hombre! They said it would sticker for close to 40K. I would have liked a GSR SE though! Just not this time around I guess.

Thanks for all of the kind words from everyone! I have been a member here since September 2004, and it pleases me to see all of the welcoming posts. I look forward to being a contributing member of this forum.
