glad you posted this up. I am ordering parts from a bunch of different companies and this may steer me away. Although, I guess if you post on here you get results. Glad you were able to get it resolved though.

The website is http://www.body-kit.com/ and I would just like to per warn any one who is thinking of getting any thing from them as I am sure they are crooks.
Has any one had a similar problem with these tossers
Please let me know
Thanks Steve

David,
Thanks for the input i appreciate a reply, this issue may not be your fault but this should have been mentioned to me before you had taken my order. I got the parts from uk . If you like i can forward the contact there for you.
Normally a wire will take no longer than 3 days that is how i paid.
let me know if the wire has been sent
Regards
Steve

Accolade.
You stated that the refund was being processed on May 1 2006. It is now May 10 2006 and it is still "being processed". I deal with wire transfers regularly and I can get them done same business day before 2pm domestically within 3 days internationally.
It appears that you are witholding the funds in the hope that this will all go away. It is not going to go away.
I strongly suggest you remit the funds tomorrow morning and provide the name of the transferring bank, the number of the account from which the funds are sourced and the transaction number to the client that you have attempted to forestall and delay.
This is not an acceptable level of customer service and I hope you learn the error of your ways.

I think we should all submit to evom to take this vendor off of the site due to the many complaints. This is highly unacceptable. This kind of customer service is like when an American tries to buy property in North Korea! bwahahhahaa
This vendor is sooo lucky I am not their custmer. I would have you burried so much in court you wont even want to be in business anymore. A deposition will be as common for you as giving your customers bad service!

yes i agree on the vendor removal. there are plenty other vendors here that deal with hundreds of customers daily. just b/c their dealing with a lot of people doesn’t mean some one should have to be given the run around. if you cant handle the large volume of orders why run a business in the first place?
