Meaning it is a good deal for the price, but its too much money no matter how you look at it. That is basically saying its too much money for a boost gauge.

Sure its a ok deal , if you wanna spend that much on a boost guage. I see alot of rich kids put these on their evo's but my autometer works just as good

haha! Autometer works just as good as Defi.

It's like anything else, you get what you pay for. In my opinion that isn't a lot of money for a boost guage that matches the factory guages and works perfectly. Plus don't they have peak hold and play back and stuff like that with the control link? I don't know, it seems reasonable to me after dropping almost 30k on the car. Now if I had an SRT-4 or a turbo Honda or something I would never spend that much for something like that. Just my 2 pennys....

I agree why spend 300 dollars on a damn boost gauge? So it looks good? I rather buy an autometer base gauge or a vdo and switch to a red LED (witch I did) to match the interrior car and the cost is only 35 bucks + 25 for the pod. 50 total for the set up. Youc an use the other 250 for an intake or somethign usefull.

A stewart warner gauge is sooo nice to and soo much cheaper and you get what you pay for, a high quality boost gauge at a great cost....I believe defi is quality but you overpay and for function vs. cost nothing beats the stewart warner gauge

Yes, you got a good deal. The boost gauge alone usually goes for $220+ and the Control Unit II for $100+.
