buscher mechanical o2 fix

so i got my SES light cause i have a test now, and decided to do the mehcanical fix. i called buschur up and bought their o2 fix. i received it a couple weeks and i finally have some time to install the sucker. im looking at the piece they sent me and it's pretty much just a male and female connector. the o2 sensor plugs into the female port and the male plugs in the the test pipe or what not. i dont see how this will actually solve the problem? anyone have any experience with this?

thanks

I bought a spark plug anti-fouler and drilled it out to 1/2" on my buddy's drill press and then screwed the O2 sensor into that. Then screwed the anti-fouler into my cat back. 10 months and 12 thousand miles later, no SES. Well, at least not due to the O2 sensor. I threw a P0300 but that's a whole other issue.
